Jeanne Radcliffe, PT

Physical Therapist

Jeanne is a dedicated physical therapist committed to helping people return to the activities that matter most to them. She earned her degree from St. Louis University and completed post-graduate training at the University of Indianapolis with a focus on neurological conditions. With over 30 years experience, across multiple settings, she takes a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Her goal is always to support individuals in regaining mobility, confidence, and independence in their daily lives.

Cassie Connelly

Center Manager

Cassie is passionate about supporting others on their healing journey and takes pride in being part of their growth and success. Whether it's celebrating small victories or encouraging clients to reach new milestones, she strives to bring compassion, motivation, and positivity to every interaction. Outside of work, Cassie enjoys hiking and discovering new places to explore, which helps her stay grounded and energized for the work she loves.
